The Cambridge Bridge Club team, from Cambs & Hunts, has won the Garden Cities Trophy, the competition for each county's 'teams-of-eight champions', for the second year running.
The final featured the eight teams which qualified from the Regional Finals which took place in May. The Cambridge team finished first with 104 VPs. Avenue Bridge Club (Sussex) finished in second place with 76 VPs and Coventry and North Warwickshire Bridge Club (Warwickshire) finished in third place with 69 VPs.
The winning Cambridge team was David Kendrick, Jon Cooke, Jonathan Mestel, Julian Wightwick, Catherine Curtis, Liam Fegarty, Victor Milman & Nadia Stelmashenko (pictured).
