English Players in Winning Teams at the 4th European Winter Games

The 4th European Winter Games which were held this year in Tignes, France, finished yesterday 27th April.

Team Orca of Erik Berg (Norway), Peter Crouch (England), Espen Erichsen (England), Richard Mark Plackett (Wales), Mikael Rimstedt (Sweden) & Ola Rimstedt (Sweden), won the Les Etincelles Cup. They beat the Multon team by 131 to 86 in the final.

In the GCK Trophy, team Wigoder comprising Boye Brogeland (Norway), Geir Helgemo (Norway), Zia Mahmood (U.S.A.) & Charles Wigoder (England), finished top with 61 VPs.
