September Robot Ladder Competitions

September's robot ladder competitions, have now concluded.

A new competition started in September, the 12-board ladder, with cash prizes for the top five places. This new competition is run on both Funbridge and BBO, combining the existing BBO day-long individual games with the new 12-board Funbridge games. The first winner is Jon Cooke with a score of 71.95%, and he wins £30. Dominic Connolly was second, with 70.03% and Roman Khatskevich third with a score of 69.20%. There were also prizes for fourth and fifth place.

In the main September matchpoints ladder, Dominic Connolly finished top of the leader board. His best six scores in the month averaged 63.74%, and he wins £30. Second place was claimed by Tony Verran with an average score of 62.19%, he wins £20. There were also cash prizes for third to fifth places.

In the handicap ladder, for the players whose scores exceed their NGS by the greatest amount. Jonathan Bennett finished top of the leader board over the top six games, with a handicap score of 11.29, winning £25. The second place prize went to Paul Hawkins with a score of 8.44. There were also prizes for third and fourth place.
